One of the complaints against the 2016 U.S. Presidential election is that the corporate press has glamorized and promoted their favored candidate (Hillary Clinton), showcased and actually helped give popularity to another (Donald Trump), defamed and minimized a third (Bernie Sanders) and completely ignored 'third party' candidates except in the case of Dr. Jill Stein where it was widely reported that arrest warrants for her and her running mate had been issued in North Dakota for their participation in the anti-Dakota Pipeline protests.
It is fair to say that in the MSM Mexico press 'third party' U.S. candidates are completely ignored, Donald Trump is well hated (which he should be), but there is not a great deal of investigative reporting on Hillary Clinton - so in essence, she is favored having almost gained Sainthood. This next report concerning CBS News will never be found in the Mexican press.
Keeping in mind the U.S. favoritism and censorship of the 2016 U.S. Presidential contest, it should not come as a surprise that CBS News edited the recent transcript and video clip of Bill Clinton discussing Hillary's health after her collapse on 09/11:

UPDATE/EDIT 09/15: Added: Latest Polls of U.S. Presidential Race
Of course it can be argued that polls are a pain in the neck: who takes the poll, what type of poll, the general nature of the questions asked, the demographic nature of the poll, etc. Still polls can be interesting and unfortunately in many cases, persuasive.
That said, Mike's opinion of this entire Presidential race (and being a Federal employee he cannot even have a "2016: We Are Screwed" bumper sticker on his car ) is probably the best description I have heard to date. Mike says of this 2016 U.S. Presidential election: "It is a race to the bottom of the barrel." For Spanish speaking people who do not understand this idiom, "bottom of the barrel" means the least desirable. I know, your modismos are more poetic.
In Mexico we are reading and hearing about the overwhelming unpopularity of Pena Nieto and his administration but there is little to no focus on the incredible distrust and unpopularity of both Trump and Clinton in the United States. Let's take a look at the current status of the U.S. Presidential candidates Clinton and Trump in various polls- and I need to add that even if Clinton pulls this off and actually wins in November it will hardly be a Truman-esque victory despite the outcome of upcoming "debates" (which we all know are pure bullshit).
From Common Dreams: Many people argue that even though this article is probably true, it may also be an effort to sway voters away from third party candidates like Jill Stein or write-ins for Bernie Sanders (the sell out King) to change their plans and vote for Clinton out of pure desperation. Not so for us.

P.S. Despite the promoters unwillingness to accept it, the fact is that gringos are not returning to and buying into Mexico not only because of the outrageous drug war violence and crime but also because of gross human rights abuses and an institutionalized system of denial in Mexico: it scares them. Americans don't even find either U.S. Presidential candidate trustworthy, why in the world would they want to jump from the frying pan into the fire ?
Staggering numbers of executions on the way.
